1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address for magic link sign-in purposes. If provided, we also ingest public App Store or TestFlight metadata and performance telemetry to generate video creatives.

2. How We Use Information

Your email is used solely to authenticate your account and deliver morning approval notifications. We do not sell your personal data or your app analytics to third parties.

3. Data Retention & Security

All authentication requests and session tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest using modern cryptographic standards. You can request full data deletion at any time.

4. Data Deletion

To delete your Skywoop account and associated data (projects, plans, uploaded assets, and Meta connection tokens), email privacy@skywoop.com from the address you use to sign in. We process deletion requests within 30 days. Meta platform data obtained through Instagram or Facebook connections is deleted with your account; you can also disconnect those accounts in Settings at any time.
